Frequently
Asked Questions
|
|
|
How
long will it take to receive my priority
mail package? |
|
Answer:
|
Our
offices are located in South Florida.
Priority mail delivery is not guaranteed,
but is typically delivered to most addresses
in the continental United States within 2 to
3 days after it is shipped. Your
shipment will generally be shipped to you on
the next business day following the day you
place your order. |
|
|
Your
shipments have a signature confirmation
requirement. What does that mean? |
|
Answer:
|
Signature
Confirmation is a service provided by the
U.S. Post Office. It means that the postman
delivering your package will require that
someone at your address sign for your
package. This will allow us to track your
package at that point in time when the
delivery or attempted delivery is made. If
no one is available to sign for the package,
the postman will leave a notification slip
in your mailbox indicating the attempted
delivery. With this slip, you can either
pick your package up at your local post
office, or you can call the post office and
they will delivery your package at a more
convenient time. |

item with an identical item at no charge.
(Just give us a call at 954-578-5055 to make

Question
4:
|
I
don’t live in the United States. Will your
videos and DVDs work in my videocassette
and/or DVD player? |
|
Answer:
|
All
of our videos are NTSC format which is the
format used in North America and Japan. NTSC
videos will not work on most videocassette
players in countries using PAL, SECAM, or
other video standards. Our DVDs are encoded
for use in Region 1, which includes the
U.S., U.S. Territories, Canada, and Bermuda,
and may not work on DVD players in other
countries. |

The
"Questions & Answers" study
guide set comes with a "Pass or Money
Back Guarantee". What is your
"Pass or Money Back Guarantee",
and how does it work? |
|
Answer:
|
When
your purchase the 2-volume set of Michelle
Phillips study guides, "Questions &
Answers For Passing State & National
Therapeutic Massage Examinations", and
"MORE Questions and Answers...",
you are given a pass or money back
guarantee. What this means is that our
company will refund to you the cost of the
set of books, which is $79.95, if you fail
your state or national examination after
purchasing the books directly from our
company. All we require is that you fax or
mail us your test results. The company will
send you a check for $79.95, and you keep
the books. (We are unable to extend this
guarantee to students purchasing the set of
books from bookstores or schools). |

Question
7:
|
I
am an international customer. My shipping
method and charge were not shown on my
order. How will it be shipped, how much will
it cost, and how long will it take to
arrive? |
|
Answer:
|
Shipments
weighing 4 pounds or less are shipped via US
Postal Service Global Priority Mail to most,
but not all, countries. The shipping cost
varies by country and by weight up to the 4
pound limit and is generally between $11.00
and $32.00. Delivery is typically between 4
and 8 days to most countries.
Shipments over 4 pounds are shipped via US
Postal Service Global Express (EMS) Mail to
most countries. The shipping cost varies by
country and by weight up to a maximum
practical limit of about 20 pounds. Costs
are generally between $24.00 and $100.00,
and delivery is typically 3 to 5 days to
most countries.
Please note that all international shipments
are sent with customs declarations
indicating that the package contains
merchandise (educational books and/or
videos). Depending upon your country, there
can be a delay in shipment and custom duties
levied by your country as the package clears
customs.
If you would like to know your shipping cost
prior to your credit card being charged,
please send us an e-mail at contactus@massagereview.com
after you have placed your order and request
that we send you your shipping cost. Your
credit card will not be charged until we
have received your reply indicating you wish
for us to go forward with your shipment. |
