Shipping & Delivery

After trying a number of shipping options over the years, we have chosen the US Post Office's Priority Mail and Federal Express Ground as the fastest and least expensive methods for shipping virtually all of our orders within the United States.

If you need an overnight delivery please call us by 12 noon, Eastern Time for our rates on Federal Express overnight shipping or USPS Express overnight. It varies by weight and destination, but usually costs between $45.00 and $95.00 for this option, depending upon the destination and package weight. Remember that Fedex does not typically deliver on Saturday.

Orders are generally shipped the same day or within one business day from the time you place your order. Priority mail does not guarantee the date of delivery, but is typically delivered to most addresses in the continental United States within 2 to 3 days after it is shipped. Fedex ground typically delivers within 2 to 5 days to most parts of the country. We are located in Texas and most of our products are shipped from our existing inventory, although some of our continuing education courses are "drop shipped" to you directly from the CE course provider. All orders can be tracked through FedEx or the Postal Service tracking systems.

If you have not received your package within 5 business days after placing your order, please check on your order status - it may be waiting for you at your post office or Fedex store due to a delivery problem.
