International Orders

International orders are shipped by United States Postal Service International Express Mail or alternatively via FedEx International Economy. The postage varies, depending on weight and destination, and is usually in the range of $25.00 to $75.00 depending on the weight of the package. FedEx charges are generally quite a bit higher. For online orders the shipping charge is computed online, and added to your order at Checkout. You will have the opportunity to review the shipping charge prior to placing your order.

If you wish to place your order by phone, remember we are located in the Central US time zone and our phone hours are from 9 to 5 Monday through Friday.

Please note that all international shipments are sent with a customs declarations indicating that the package contains merchandise (educational books and/or videos). Depending upon your country, there can be a delay in delivery to you and custom duties may be levied by your country as the package clears customs. The average transit time for packages, excluding customs delays, is 3 to 6 business days.
