All of the home study courses we offer are from National Certification Board Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB) approved continuing education providers. Many of the providers are also specifically approved in Florida and in other states as well. It is our understanding that all home study courses from NCBTMB approved providers are currently accepted by the AMTA and ABMP and many states accept NCBTMB approved courses.
Because massage therapy rules and regulations are different for each state, we have compiled a guide which outlines the licensure requirements and continuing education information for each of the states. Telephone numbers and website links for each state are shown as well. You may wish to check with your state’s massage therapy board to determine that the provider and the courses you are interested in have been approved in your particular jurisdiction prior to ordering. The certification for continuing education credits for courses purchased from us will be issued to you by the continuing education provider who developed and provides the course.
